Set up DNS at Hostinger
Add the eoinbox DNS records to a domain that uses Hostinger's nameservers.
Menus change. Hostinger updates its dashboard from time to time,
so button and menu names may differ slightly from this guide. Look for the DNS settings of
your domain; the records you need are always the same. Your eoinbox dashboard shows the
exact values and checks them for you.
Find the DNS settings
- Sign in to hPanel.
- Open Domains and select your domain.
- Go to DNS / Nameservers and open DNS records (in some accounts: Manage DNS records).
- Use the form at the top to add each record.

Remove Hostinger's mail records
Domains at Hostinger often come with MX records for Hostinger Email (mx1.hostinger.com, mx2.hostinger.com) and an SPF record that includes Hostinger. When you are ready to switch:
- delete the Hostinger MX records;
- merge
include:spf.eoinbox.cominto the SPF record. Keep Hostinger's include only if your Hostinger website still sends mail, for example from a contact form.
If the domain is connected to a Hostinger Email plan, hPanel may re-add its records. Disconnect the domain from that plan once your mail is imported.
