Connect a domain
Add your domain and copy a few DNS records, or let us set them up for you if your DNS is at Cloudflare. We check every record and tell you exactly what is missing.

Create addresses
Your name, a few aliases, a catch-all, or random masked addresses from your password manager. They all deliver to the same inbox.
- Step 3
Read and reply
Use our webmail or any app with IMAP and SMTP. Replies are sent from the right address automatically, signed for your domain.

Made for one person, not an organisation

No end-to-end encryption
Mail is encrypted in transit and at rest, but our servers can read it. That is what makes full search, filters and AI drafts work. Why we chose this.
No team features
No shared mailboxes, groups or admin roles, and no family plan. eoinbox is for one person and their domains.
No ads, no data sales
We do not show ads, profile you for advertisers, or sell data. This website has no tracking scripts.
