1. Who we are

2. The service
eoinbox is a personal email service. Depending on your plan it includes mail forwarding, a mailbox, webmail, IMAP / SMTP / JMAP access, aliases on your own domains, an API and access for AI assistants. The features of each plan are described on the pricing page.

3. Your account
- You must give accurate sign-up information and keep a working recovery address.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials, app passwords and API keys safe.
- One account is for one person. [TO DECIDE: whether a one-person business may use a personal account; current intent is yes.]
4. Your domains
- You may only connect domains you control.
- You are responsible for your domain registration and its DNS. We warn you when we detect problems, but we cannot prevent changes made outside eoinbox.
- If someone else proves control of a domain through DNS, the domain may be moved to their account (see Custom domains).
5. Plans, payment and taxes
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance.
- Payments are processed by Creem ([CREEM LEGAL ENTITY]), which acts as merchant of record and is the seller of the subscription. Creem's terms apply to the purchase. Taxes are calculated and collected by Creem.

- You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
6. The Free plan
The Free plan forwards mail to an address you already have and lets you reply through reverse aliases, within the limits shown on the pricing page. We may change Free plan limits with [NOTICE PERIOD] notice.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable use policy. We may limit sending or suspend accounts that break it, as described there.
8. Your content
Your mail and data remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy. You can export your data at any time.
9. AI assistants
If you connect an AI assistant through MCP, it acts on your instructions with the access you granted. Data it reads is processed by the assistant's provider under that provider's terms. Assistants cannot send mail through eoinbox.
10. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. [TO DECIDE: service level commitments, if any.] We may change features; we will give [NOTICE PERIOD] notice of changes that significantly reduce what your paid plan includes.
11. Ending your account
- You can delete your account at any time. Data is deleted after [DELETION PERIOD], except where the law requires us to keep it.

- Moving from a paid plan to the Free plan does not delete your stored mail.
