A mail app that understands your domains
Generic mail apps do not know that one inbox can hold ten domains and two hundred aliases. Ours is built around it, and it is the main way to use eoinbox, not an afterthought.
See where every message went
Each message shows the domain and alias it was sent to. Filter the sidebar by domain or by alias, for example everything sent to @hobby-radio.org.
Pick the right identity, automatically
The From field lists every address on every domain. When you reply, the address the message was sent to is chosen for you.
New alias while you write
Type a new address on your domain into the From field and it is created on the spot.
Block this address
One button on the message turns off a catch-all or masked address that started getting spam.
Domain health at a glance
If a DNS record for one of your domains breaks, a bar at the top tells you what and how to fix it.
Newsletters under control
Newsletters are grouped separately, and you can unsubscribe in one click where the sender supports it.
Everything you expect
- Threads, folders and labels, search with filters for sender, recipient, date and attachments
- HTML and plain text writing, drag and drop attachments, drafts saved as you type
- Send later, and undo send for a few seconds
- Keyboard shortcuts, light and dark themes
- Accepting calendar invitations right from the message
- Rules and filters, with Sieve under the hood for those who want it
Private by default
- Remote images are blocked until you allow them, so tracking pixels do not report back
- Allowed images load through our proxy, which hides your IP address
- Message HTML is cleaned and shown in an isolated frame
- Built on JMAP, the same open protocol available to you and other apps, with no private back doors
Install it on your phone Later
The webmail is built as a progressive web app. After launch it gains offline reading, offline drafts and push notifications, and can be installed on your phone's home screen.
Or use any mail app
Paid plans include IMAP and SMTP, so Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Outlook and mobile apps work
too. Most of them set themselves up automatically. Server: mail.eoinbox.com.
